Privacy Policy

Fasting Hour is designed to collect as little information as possible. Your fasting times, eating window, and any data entered into the Shortcut stay on your device. We never receive, store, or analyze that data.

What we do collect

We only store what's required to sell you the Shortcut and keep your license working:

• Email address — to send your license code and product updates
• Stripe transaction metadata — to issue and revoke licenses
• Device ID (a random UUID generated by the Shortcut) — to enforce the 10-device limit
• License verification timestamps — to support offline grace periods

What we never collect

• Your fasting windows, eating times, or any fasting behavior
• Health, weight, or biometric data
• Your name, location, or any demographic information beyond what Stripe needs
• Analytics or tracking via third-party SDKs

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy.

Email

Transactional emails (your license code, refund confirmations, product updates) are sent via Resend. We only send emails directly related to your purchase.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your email, device records, and transaction metadata at any time by emailing support@fastinghour.com. Note that deleting your records will revoke your license.
